What Is the Flex Price?
Classic staff booking works like a black box: you get a price, but little insight into who is coming and how the costs break down. The Flex price turns that around — it gives you control over the three things that matter: the pay, the selection and the planning.
The principle: you switch your project to Flex pricing in the HMS platform and define what you want to pay per role. Applicants see your rate and can state their own pay expectation — you compare profiles and pay proposals and decide yourself who joins the team. It only becomes binding with your final selection.
Everything that follows sits with us: höchstmass drafts the employment contracts, employs the workers under its temporary employment licence (AÜG) and handles the complete payroll. You keep the steering wheel — without a single employer obligation.

The Flex price consists of exactly two components. That's all there is.
35% Surcharge
On the gross hourly rate agreed with the worker — all employer costs such as social insurance and statutory accident insurance are already included.
€49 per Contract
A one-time flat fee per deployed person — covering the employment contract and the complete payroll.
Example Calculation
Agreed gross hourly rate of €14.00 → effective hourly rate of €18.90. You receive your binding calculation when you accept the applicant.
